The website provides information about model engineering, research methods, open-source work, custom services, and purchasable model releases. Content is general information, not legal, cybersecurity, financial, compliance, or professional advice for your specific circumstances.

You may not interfere with operation, bypass technical controls, scrape at disruptive volume, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, submit false checkout information, manipulate price or product identifiers, or use the website to violate law or third-party rights.

Model purchases are additionally governed by the SKU-specific model page, Terms of Sale, Commercial Model License, Digital Delivery and Refund Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy. Completing payment confirms acceptance of the policy bundle identified for the order. Those transaction-specific terms control if they conflict with these Website Terms on a purchase issue.
4. Intellectual property
The website’s design, copy, branding, graphics, product descriptions, documentation, and original materials are owned by or licensed to Blackfrost and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership.
“BLACKFROST_AI,” associated marks, and visual identity may not be used to imply endorsement, affiliation, or source without written permission. Upstream model names and third-party marks belong to their respective owners. Blackfrost is independent from Hugging Face, Stripe, and upstream model developers unless expressly stated.
5. Third-party services and links
The website connects or links to Stripe checkout, Hugging Face repositories, X, source-code repositories, and upstream license sources. Those destinations are governed by their own terms, privacy practices, availability, and security. A connection or link does not make Blackfrost responsible for an independent service.
6. Availability and disclaimers
The website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free content, a particular security outcome, or that every model or service is appropriate for every environment.
Technical specifications, availability, pricing, and compatibility may change prospectively. The accepted order controls the purchased SKU and price. The buyer remains responsible for verifying deployment requirements before purchase.
7. Limitation and responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blackfrost is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from website use, third-party services, loss of data, loss of profits, or inability to access the website. Nothing excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
You are responsible for your devices, accounts, authorization, legal compliance, and decisions based on website content. Separate signed agreements control if they conflict with these Website Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Nevada law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
